Website health check

If you’re thinking something’s not quite right with your website but you don’t know where to start, my website health check will guide you. I’ll do a review of your website - approaching it from both a user and strategic perspective - and produce a report that identifies areas for you to prioritise and improve.

Digital health check

Your website is usually just one part of a wider digital ecosystem. With a broader health check you can better understand how your brand presents itself online and where to improve beyond just your website. I’ll review your main website, but also include other digital properties of your choosing, such as microsites, social media and email.

UX & strategy sessions

I’m an experienced workshop facilitator who has run user experience and digital strategy sessions with clients at many different levels of seniority. I cover a range of subjects including website strategy, user journey mapping, customer empathy, and search engine optimisation (SEO). Discovery & research

A successful digital project almost always starts with a discovery phase. This is a chance for you to carry out research, understand your context and users, and set meaningful goals. I can help you run your discovery phase, working with you to build team alignment, engage with stakeholders, establish goals and requirements, develop roadmaps, and analyse data. There is no one-size-fits-all discovery phase, so contact me to discuss your specific needs.

Content auditing

If you’re preparing to overhaul your website, a content audit is a vital place to start. Content auditing involves cataloging and analysing every single page on your website so that you get a holistic view of how everything’s performing. Your audit will include performance, SEO and engagement metrics, as well as best practice recommendations and next steps for managing and improving your content.

Interim cover

Recruitment can be time-consuming and resource gaps can be particularly tricky if you’re trying to deliver a digital project.
